- Inquiries that did not become clients — Contact and intake form data is retained for up to three years, then deleted.
- Billing records — Retained for seven years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Analytics data — Aggregated and anonymized; retained on a 26-month rolling basis.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Your Rights below). Deletion requests for billing records may be limited by our legal obligations to retain financial records.
